What Is Fugitive Dust?

Date and Time of Event
Specific Location Photos and Videos Were Taken From
Approximate Wind Speed and Direction
Identification of Where Dust Originated From (if possible)
Direction That Dust Was Blowing
Note if Dust Was Blowing Off Property
